Thank you for taking an interest in our Dedication Service
Please read the following guidelines before completing the form.
- The baby or child being christened/dedicated must not exceed the age of twenty-four (24) months without prior approval.
- The parent/guardian(s) must register child using the form on this website.
- Within 3 days after the receipt of the dedication request form, a representative from First Sunday's Administrative Team will follow up with the parent/guardians(s) to confirm as well as prepare them for the service.
- There will be a designated area for family during the service. Upon your arrival, please see a representative from our Ambassadors Team who will direct you to your seats. We encourage you to arrive at the church by 1:30pm.
- First Sunday's will not hold receptions or dinners for dedication services; however, please feel free to plan your own celebratory event with family and friends.
